Was exactly as expected, Clean and comfortable living. Host gave a ride from hospital which was 20 minutes outside of the Villa, very thankful.Great location for restaurants and was a great place to hang out after being out all night. Both hosts were caring and polite throughout the whole stay.

Appartamento molto bello, ampio, accogliente, in pieno centro, pulitissimo.

Massimo and Katia were great hosts. They were very responsive and very friendly. The house is a beautifully restored with the vaulting of an old cloister impressibly highlighted. Location is perfect for exploring Tuscania and surroundings. There was a heat wave when we were there, so the rooms got a hot at night without AC and fans, but Katia said that AC units are coming.
