Had a leak in the ceiling that required a plumber to come out. Was no fault of the host, but still caused a big disruption in stay and ultimately had to leave my reservation early which caused last minute searching for a new place. This is in a easily accessible area close to downtown, as well as east shore. I stayed in winter - the parking wasn’t bad for me but I worked nights so many people left during the day and I was able to park easily but at night time, it can be a real headache to find parking. The sidewalk into the place was VERY icy with no salt left to de-ice the walk. Be aware if you are here during winter time.

The host communicated well enough. Most issues did not seem to be resolved but she did respond and overall, the unit was very well kept and clean. If you’re staying for a short period, this would be a great stay for you.

Kimberly's place was exactly as advertised - ideal for business travelers/couples - but we made it work just fine with a five-year old. Kimberly was super responsive and helpful anytime something came up.

If you are looking for an affordable, private, clean space with a great location, look no further! My partner and I stayed at Kimberly’s place for a week and we felt right at home.

The best features were the fact that it was a completely private space and the kitchen appliances and amenities were so useful! We were greeted with a lovely snack basket which was thoughtful. And an informational booklet for any questions we had which we referenced a lot.

Lastly, she was kind and responsive whenever we reached out to her. We will definitely be coming back!

Great place and super great location. Practically everything is a short car ride from downtown or walking distance from a couple local gems. Neighborhood is nice and quiet which was a plus for me. Cute place loved the exposed brink. Place was nice and clean on arrival. Great stay whenever in Wisconsin
