The locality was good.
The place is decent for a short stay. The fan provided was insufficient and the entrance to the bathroom was partially blocked.

Nice place, quite near to the CSIA, Mumbai. Although the neighbourhood was quite chaotic, it works out for a short stay.

Hari was not there to receive me personally. the caretaker was there to attend. location is very close to ville parle local station. its an ok place

Its a studio with a bathroom and a private room with a single bed and a big cupboard; There is no kitchen as mentioned but a wash basin is there. The Studio was neat and clean. There is a Table which is usually used for dinning related purpose. But I used it to keep my Laptop and work. I requested Hari for a chair as special request and was provided to me. My check-in was bit late but had no trouble as it was well assisted by Hari and his housekeeper. Make sure to get exact location. It's very easy to locate though. It's present inside a big society and is a quiet place with no traffic noise even though its located in main area. You can go for a quiet peaceful walk around the society which is almost half a KM. Not much restaurants around but you can order food online nowadays. There is also a mini-supermarket and Ironing service inside the society. I do had sometimes bad cellphone and wifi reception. Its ideal for single person who want to have quiet peaceful place for a short trip as a substitute for room in Lodge. I will be happy to stay again at his place if required and would encourage other's to stay too.
