Erin's place was a home away from home! The ability to walk to the river trails and into the downtown core was delightful. Courtenay is a charming town to visit. Erin gave us wonderful recommendations to enhance our stay. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, inviting and spacious. We would not hesitate to return or to recommend to everyone!

Cosy place with Netflix and interesting books. Comfy beds. Washer and dryer facilities were handy. Breakfast cereal also provided. Close proximity to ferry terminal.

Just as Airbnb should be. Great host, perfect place for our needs.

We loved staying here! Very near by the river and a short walk to town. Comfortable bed and nice and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again
