Abbey and her guest left our property in a thoroughly unacceptable state. The housekeepers faced an arduous task, needing double the time to restore the condo to its original condition. Despite our clear and repeated instructions against using our luxurious bath towels for cleaning, the guest chose to disregard these guidelines, resulting in significant damage to several of these items. When we brought the damages and the replacement costs to her attention, she dismissed some of the towels, suggesting they weren’t in that bad of shape and could simply be cleaned. Eventually, she did settle the fees, though the initial response was disappointing. Additionally, they neglected to return the parking pass, a requirement that should have been followed. Such behavior falls far short of the standards we expect from our guests and reflects a lack of respect for our property.

Abbey was a wonderful guest, we'd love to host them again anytime!

We rarely get to meet guest due to traveling for work so it was such a blessing to have the opportunity to meet Abby, her husband Robert, and their children! I can’t say enough wonderful things about them all. They were very respectful of the property, followed all the house rules, and kept the cabin neat and tide. Although it was kept so clean the housekeeper still did her usual cleaning but made her job so much easier. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Abby to any of my hosting friends and hope they have the opportunity to return in the future!
