Best beach area close by. Only about 45 minutes away. Awesome beach area complete with street with shops, activities, and restaurants. You can park right at the beach (fee) but this is a great day out.

45 minutes away from London is Grand Bend! Amazing beach front full of locals enjoying the sun and watersports. You will often find Travis and I here windsurfing and kiteboarding our weekends away.

Rated Ontarios #1 Beach. Clean, sandy, family friendly beach. In walking distance to numerous restaurants and boutiques. Splash park for the little ones on the beach as well. Good public washrooms on site, with outdoor showers and free parking.

How could you visit Grand Bend and not visit the beach at the same time? In the summer or winter, walk the coast of Lake Huron and enjoy the beautiful water colours. Relax on the beach, enjoy a game of volleyball, or go on a beach glass hunt. There is always fun to be had at the beach!
