An elevated public park built on a long ago abandoned New York Central Railroad spur on the west side of Manhattan. The park is inspired by the Promenade plantée (tree-lined walkway), in Paris. It starts/stops at the intersection of Washington and Gansevort Streets in the Meatpacking District and runs north near 10th Avenue until 30th Street, ending/beginning at Hudson Yards. It’s a nice stroll. Lots of things to see and do.
