Lovely restorative park filled with different peaceful glasshours with an array of flowers and plants from all over the world. You can read in here, walk, think, listen--it is a quiet and tranquil space that allows one to escape the city street for a short time. It is only a five minute walk from the flat and is well worth the visit and time spent there.

The palm houses are calm and relaxing. The full garden itself is beautiful to walk through.

This park has many benches dedicated to locals and large Victorian-style glasshouses displaying exotic plants from warmer climes.

We love this place--especially when we walk or cycle to it along the canal! There are grey herons and swans to spot along the way, and when we get there, it's always beautiful, even in winter--but especially in Spring and Summer when the flowers are in full bloom.
