The New Helvetia Brewing Co., housed in a repurposed historic building along the Broadway District, has revived some of the historic brews once created by Buffalo Brewing Co. in Sacramento 100 years ago. The Buffalo Brewing Company, owned by famed brewery mogul, Frank Ruhstaller, was at one point - the largest brewery in the entire state of California. Truly fantastic beer and a great place to enjoy some of Sacramento's best local food trucks, which rotate throughout the week.
