Over twenty five years ago, this early 19th century architectural gem, half-hidden behind Buchanan Street, was restored, roofed over and filled with stylish temptations...and Glaswegians were suitably entranced. Princes Square has always been a key fashion destination. It's the perfect location for the Scottish outposts of fashion grande dame Vivienne Westwood, the hot heels of Kurt Geiger, super-cool outerwear of Belstaff, colourful graphic prints of Kate Spade New York (the only sore in the UK outside of London) - alongside contemporary style from COS, Whistles, French Connection, Reiss, Ted Baker and many more. You can also collect covetable trinkets at Dower & Hall and Links of London or explore lifestyle ranges at Space NK and Jo Malone London. The Square is not only a shopper's delight - it is also one of the most stunning spots for a coffee, leisurely lunch or drinks, with a range of cafes and restaurants at terrace level overlooking a stunning coutryard. Tinderbox is your coffee stop, and October and Darcy's are perfect places for lunch, whilst for something a bit special, check out The Restaurant Bar & Grill. Furthermore, it is home to the only boutique cinema in Scotland run by the independent operator, Everyman Cinemas, with three intimate screens and a popular bar, serving food and drink.
