Neighborhood breakfast, brunch and lunch spot--don't miss the "sassy eggs" ! Innovative breakfasts, fresh ingredients and good strong coffee (Julius Meinl). Sometimes crowded but worth the wait.

This is one of the best "non-trendy" brunch spots in Chicago. Run by a husband/wife team who bring a Hispanic twist to their weekly rotating menu of specials, expect to wait 30 minutes to an hour plus (for the weekend) and depending on the day of the week
