Following the success of their Harvard Square restaurant, this unicorn ramen chain (with fewer than ten shops in the world) opened up a second restaurant in Back Bay, next to the famous shopping street, Newbury St. Plain Shio ramen is the best. Take Green C Line to Hynes Convention Center.

Santouka has the best ramen I've had anywhere in the country! It's a tiny little spot, which means you might have a long wait, but I promise it's worth it.

The best ramen around and great service. This location is small so the line can get long, but it is so worth it.
