Nate the baker starts all his breads from Sourdough starter and is passionate about his craft. Black cherry chocolate, Rustic White, Jalapeno cheddar, are just a few of the amazing breads.They also have delicious granola, some wonderful soups and sometimes artisan greens as well as a few other goodies. He is only open Fridays, 3-7:00.You can pre order or you can get there in person (before 3:00) and hope they have some of the specialty breads left.
