My favourite restaurant in Brighton, located on what is known as 'restaurant street' Bincho is famous for its fantastic Japanese small plates, each interesting and delicious as well as a fantastic selection of Sake. It is great for both the meat lover or vegan guest and well worth booking ahead.

This small Japanese restaurant is one of my all time favourites. I'd recommend popping in after 5:30 (NB they are closed on Mondays) to book as it gets booked up in advance very quickly and they aren't very good at answering the phone.

Great value and great food ! Japanese small plates here - extremely tasty and good fun in this cosy restaurant with tasty sake. Love it here.
