This 600 square foot, 1 bedroom laneway home feels much larger, featuring 13 foot ceilings with clerestory windows bringing in a ton of natural light. Quartz counters, Carrara marble backsplash, distressed strand-woven bamboo flooring and mid-century modern furniture give the space a gallery-like feel. In-floor heating throughout adds a cozy touch throughout the winter. An enclosed, private patio is the perfect place for a spring/summer evening nightcap. The entire space is yours to enjoy. We live close by so are available for anything our guests might need - transit directions, restaurant recommendations, sight-seeing suggestions, etc. The guest home is in Central Lonsdale, one of the friendliest areas of North Vancouver. It has a quiet neighborhood feel, but is just 3 blocks from groceries, cafes, shops, a gas station, and restaurants. There is a parking space available on the property and a lot of street parking available. Parking is never an issue. Our location is extremely central to transit with a bus stop around the corner, 3 blocks to Lonsdale and all amenities, short walk (15-20 min) to sea bus offering access to downtown Vancouver. 20 minutes via bus to downtown Vancouver. 3 minutes to Highway 1, 10 minutes to Grouse Mountain and less than an hour and a half to Whistler.

Come for some private seclusion away from the chaos of the city. This exclusive, stand alone retreat situated on 13.5 secluded acres has all those things city folk are looking for in a getaway. Panoramic ocean and mountain views from several decks, babbling brooks, forest bathing and even a beautiful Japanese Zen garden and fruit orchard. Organic Carina toiletries are also provided. You can bbque looking out over the ocean and mountains. A guaranteed way in which to get away from everything.

The Old Yoga Studio

This private, open plan suite was created from Jen's former yoga studio within our family home, reusing and repurposing materials wherever possible. Warm reclaimed hardwood floors leads to a deck at the edge of the Princess Park forest, with a salmon creek running to the west. Wildlife often passes through — raccoons, owls, and occasionally even a bear. Some of the North Shore’s best mountain biking is just a block away. A quiet, unique retreat designed for rest, privacy, and nature.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located Cabin on an acreage in Upper Gibsons. Cubby Cabin is a newly renovated studio space at the back of our 2.5 acre property on Reed. The Cabin is a super funky and laid back home away from home. Walking distance to so many amenities: Public Transit, Gibsons Park Plaza, Sunnycrest Mall, Persephones and all the Restaurants & Storefronts along the 101 Hwy. Seaview Cottage is cozy and romantic, perfect for a getaway weekend or longer. Located on Cates Hill, Bowen Island, it has a fabulous view of Snug Cove, Howe Sound and the Coast Mountains. The neighbourhood is generally quiet and peaceful and there is a nice outdoor space for you to sit and enjoy. Please note that we do not allow any pets in Seaview Cottage.
