After picking you up at your downtown core Toronto Airbnb, or other convenient location, we will start your adventure to Niagara Falls. Along the way we will stop at several picturesque waterfalls, an iconic Canadian cafe chain and an award winning winery.
During short walks along tee lined paths at these smaller falls, you’ll learn about the geology of the area followed by a stop at a coffee shop chain that has become part of the Canadian identity. Then, we’ll hop in the car and continue to Niagara's wine region, where we will stop for a tasting (including ICE wine) at one of Niagara Regions most award winning wineries.
After a delicious sit down lunch, we’ll go to the world-famous Niagara Falls where you will bathe in the mist from the Falls as we walk along the rim of the Niagara Gorge. We will have more than enough time for guests to take the optional, self led, Niagara Boat Cruise (Now closed for the winter. Will re-open early May 2023, extra cost). Journey Behind the Falls may be enjoyed during the winter months.
Following our visit to the upper edge of the mighty Horseshoe Falls we will return direct to Toronto.

Workshop: So macht man Bagels in Montreal!
Welcome to the only place in Montreal that will teach you how to make Montreal bagels! 1000+ five star reviews!
Montreal bagels are world famous for their shape, taste and texture. A trip to Montreal isn't complete until you've tried one of these amazing bagels. So why not try your hand at making them yourself? I will teach you the secrets on how to make some deliciously unique and authentic Montreal style bagels at home, the easy way.
We will start by learning how the ingredients used affect the Bagels and the final result. Then we will all measure our ingredients using scales. After that, I will show you how to properly mix and knead the dough which you will do on your own right after me. I have adapted the best Boulanger (Bread Maker) techniques to the home kitchen so you will become a confident baker at home in no time!
After mixing the dough, we will learn how to shape the bagels, boil them, dress them up with various toppings, bake them and finally eat them fresh out of the oven! Not many things can beat eating freshly baked and delicious Bagels that you have made yourself right out of the oven.
You will leave with a detailed recipe to take home.
Thanks for reading and hopefully see you soon!

Join me to explore Toronto's history and present-day on a walking tour around the city's downtown, Financial District, and Old Town. Toronto is a very multicultural city, and this experience will cover a variety of styles, and how it translates into architecture, culture, and street art.
I've been hosting this tour for over 5 years, but only recently made it into an Airbnb Experience.
Our small group walking tour starts at Yonge-Dundas Square in the heart of Downtown and then heads to the City Hall and Old City Hall. Our tour is heavily focused on Toronto's architecture, art and history.
Highlights will include but are not limited to the PATH (Underground City), Union Station, Brookfield Place, Flat Iron Building, and the very interesting buildings and stories from the Financial District.
We will finish our small group tour at St. Lawrence Market, considered one of the world's great food markets.
NOTE: This tour does not end where it begins.
As Toronto is constantly growing, my tour goal is to take you to all the landmarks that our city is famous for, but also very important, all those hidden gems only available through a unique insider look.
Our Mushroom Workshop takes place during a rejuvenating 4 hour nature hike on the trails of a 400 acre conservatory gem with flora ranging from old-growth forest to seasonal food plants. We will uncover new worlds of uncultivable, wild edible plants in their natural forest state. We seek a multitude of delicious edibles (when in season) such as Yellow Chanterelles, Black Trumpet and Cinnabar Chanterelles, Hedgehogs, Boletes, Oysters and my personal favorite - Lobster Mushrooms. Growth is weather and seasonal dependent. You will learn to identify these and other seasonal edibles such as specific growth edible mushrooms, and will be introduced to spore printing. In the spirit of respect for the bio-system we will explore, you will be introduced to ethical harvesting, long term sustainability and propagation for future generations.
