This truly magnificent private property is within the exclusive ‘Las Olas’ community and offers spectacular panoramic ocean views of Dominical and Manuel Antonio to the north and the Osa Peninsula to the south.

This burnished orange and terracotta colored villa sits resplendent in its superb Oceanside setting. The sumptuous and airy living spaces all feature high ceilings, with cooling tile floors that contribute to the overall relaxed and restful ambience. Local artwork adorns the walls and adds interest and flashes of color. Comfortable seating entices you to take time out and unwind. All around you are the attractive views and doors tempting you to the outside. Your lavishly equipped gourmet kitchen enjoys more expansive ocean views that could inspire you to gastronomic heights! It’s nestled in an unusual octagonal tower that is unique to this lovely property.
Modern conveniences abound including cable television, a media room, Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning. Your outside entertaining area is truly something special and will be where you spend the majority of your time. Take a nap on the comfy luxury sun loungers or step into that sparkling swimming pool and cool off for a while – after all, it’s going to be another wonderful day. There are expansive decking areas for you to choose from, as well as al fresco dining and a barbeque for an informal meal. Staff services include 24 hour security as part of the gated community, housekeeping and property management, you can also add other staff services for an additional cost, including in-house chef, catering and chauffeur.

Your three restful and elegantly furnished bedrooms all feature lavish en-suite bathroom facilities, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe and window screens. The sumptuously equipped master suite features a king size bed and also includes a tub in its en-suite. Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has two twin beds.

This fine and secluded property has been constructed with the best materials and has been designed to embrace the glorious views, so there’s much to be enjoyed within its complex. Nearby you’ll discover restaurants are a 2 minute drive away, and it’s a 5 minute drive to the town at Dominical and the grocery store. The hospital is a 45 minute drive. Your nearest beach at Dominicalito is a two minute drive and PaImar Sur National Airport is 35 minutes away.
