It takes 2mins to walk to the bus stop which can go UVIC and Downtown. 2-8mins to walk to Starbucks, TimHortons, Subway, Pizza, Restaurants and Spermarkets. This 2 bedroom suite was built in 2016. In 2025, the floors of the public area was replaced. Suite has 10 feet High Ceiling, Warm in winter and cool in summer. One driveway parking space, If Park on the roadside also okay. The community is a safe road without an exit.
