Das Haus befindet sich in der wohlhabendsten Gegend der Victoria University. Es dauert 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle, die nach UVIC und Downtown fahren kann. 2-8 Minuten zu Fuß zu Starbucks, TimHortons, Subway, Pizza, Restaurants und Spermarkets. Diese Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern wurde 2016 gebaut. Im Jahr 2025 wurden die Böden des öffentlichen Bereichs ersetzt. Die Suite hat eine 10 Fuß hohe Decke, ist im Winter warm und im Sommer kühl. Ein Parkplatz in der Einfahrt, Parken am Straßenrand ist auch in Ordnung. Die Gemeinschaft ist eine sichere Straße ohne Ausfahrt.
