Self contained one-bedroom unit near beautiful Kai Iwi Beach. Located on a lifestyle block in a peaceful setting with views to the ocean. The unit has its own entrance but is attached to our garage. There is a lovely front porch ideal for enjoying beautiful sunsets. Queen size bed in separate bedroom with a sofa bed available in lounge if required.
