Grandviews Apartment, RotoruaYour hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and happy to share the downstairs apartment. It is an entire place, independent of us with a parking space and side entrance. The apartment is downstairs and you will hear us upstairs if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only 10 minutes drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not there will be something to do.

Typical Kiwi Home :-)Our 1952 Kiwi house has been undergoing a make over and is now a fun loving, friendly home that is welcoming to all. It has an ideal location that is only a 5 minute drive to town, a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and Rotorua's International Stadium, and situated on a regular bus route. We happily invite you stay with us and visit our amazing city.
