We are 15 minutes to Hatley Pointe for skiing and snowboarding. 45 min or less to amazing hikes and waterfalls. This magical acreage is perched at 2,951 ft elevation and faces South for warm sun exposure.

The Carriage House - The Mountains are calling

This 1 bedroom carriage house is custom built, with tall knotty pine ceilings and features a spacious open concept. There is a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. A full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, coffee and microwave and all the necessities to prepare a meal. The 3 piece bath includes, tiled shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

The perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts, weekend warriors or book nerds. Grab a picnic and hike to a secluded river spot, road bike "The Snake" to Little Switzerland, mountain bike some of the sweetest, technical descents, trail run, or just pour a glass of wine and finally finish that James Patterson book.

This is a great little efficiency by the river that offers a great porch overlooking the Pigeon River. This is the perfect getaway for two, in the mountains of Western North Carolina, who want somewhere to stay that is affordable but with all the amenities. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Asheville is a 30 minute drive.

Wickiup Cottage has an open floor plan. The cottage features a Fully updated Kitchen with a Refrigerator, Full size stove and a microwave for cooking for a weekend stay or a month long visit, which is open to the living room with daybed for extra guest and large private deck of the back overlooking the beautiful property of Yonahlossee Resort. The Bedroom has a King size bed adjacent to the spacious bathroom with a newly updated walk-in shower.

This new craftsman style home with duplex apartment over the garage was built in 2020. The home boasts amazing big water view of Lake Norman. The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.
