This brand new cabin, was just built in 2024. It includes 1 master bedroom with its own bathroom, plus 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This cabin includes central air, high speed internet, outside grilling, onsight washer & dryer, dishwasher, and Smart TV. Enjoy the covered porches, fire pit, or just relaxing inside.

Take it easy and escape to our cozy cabin! Come enjoy the true outdoor experience here at Buttermilk Country Cabins! Located just 7.7 miles from the West entrance to Yellowstone. This cabin sits on a private 40+ acre ranch. Owner's home is conveniently located closely nearby and another, previously built cabin that is rented as well. There is a rodeo and horse rides on the property every summer from mid June until mid August. Calendar for rodeo dates this season is provided below.

Our cabin near Yellowstone is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. You'll love the rustic yet modern feel that comes from wood ceilings and trim, handmade furniture, and granite countertops. The cabin features two queen-sized beds, one California king-sized bed, and two full bathrooms. This cabin is child-friendly and easily accessible from Highway 20. There's ample parking, and we also have ramp access for those who can’t use stairs.

Located just off the highway, nestled in the serene Targhee National Forest our cabins are 30 minutes from Yellowstone National Park, and two hours to Grand Teton National Park. Our location provides easy access to the wild wonders of the west via local State Parks for tourists and outdoor enthusiasts alike!

Come and spend time in our Sheep Mountain cabin that was hand built with logs from the local forest, on our family ranch where you can pet the sheep and feed the horses right out your front door. See Yellowstone and then come back to the cabin to let the kids play while you sit and unwind on the porch or by a fire in the fire pit as you watch the stars come out. We are just 5 minutes from the North Entrance to Yellowstone Park. We no longer accept pets, sorry.
