Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Lakeside Barn is a newly refurbished luxury modern one bedroom barn conversion. It has retained it's original charming features such as high ceilings and beams. Lakeside Barn consists of an open plan kitchen/living/dining room which leads onto spacious double bedroom and modern stylish bathroom. The floor is tiled throughout with cosy underfloor heating. Surrounding the barn there is a large patio area overlooking our beautiful lake with stunning panoramic views of the Somerset countryside.

Our shepherd's hut is thickly insulated to stay cool all summer, with a fridge to keep your beers cold. Outside, a generous deck and seating area is made for bright mornings and long evenings. Gather round the fire bowl as the sun goes down to watch the stars emerge over truly dark skies. Solar-powered lighting and mains sockets, double and single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, hot water washing up just outside the door — all a ten minute stroll away from The George, an award-winning pub.

Idyllic country retreat, perfect for relaxing

Garden View is a self contained idyllic country retreat, the perfect get away for all. It is situated at the bottom of the Mendip Hills, great for walking and relaxing. This has been a labour of love, transforming this unloved structure into great place to stay and unwind, with underfloor heating and a luxurious bathroom to soak and relax in at the end of the day. If you want to venture further a field we are perfectly situated to visit Bath, Glastonbury, Wells and surrounding areas.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Beautiful Coach house in Pilton

Beautiful and lovingly renovated Coach House in the heart of Pilton village, set in the lush private grounds of our family home. Two double bedrooms, one with free-standing roll top bath (option to add an extra bed/cot for a child); shower room; large open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room, with two sets of double doors leading to a private outdoor dining terrace (with BBQ & fire pit); view and shared use of our paddock with rope swing, baby swing and trampoline for children.

Rookham View Lodge is located on a smallholding on top of the Mendips overlooking Wells. Relax on the patio, catch a view of the Red Kite soaring high, or visit the sheep, ponies, goats, ducks and chickens in the surrounding field. Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.

The Coach House

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful location in beautiful Somerset. The Coach House is a recently converted barn located in the quiet hamlet of Burcott just a mile from the Cathedral City of Wells, at the foot of the Mendip Hills. It is the perfect base to explore the county of Somerset with Glastonbury Tor, Wookey Hole Caves and Cheddar Gorge all within 20 minutes drive. There are 2 village pubs, a cafe and grocery shop all just a 15 minute walk away.
