Tiny House Sanctuary Chalet in parklike grounds

This fully self-contained chalet (3km from central Kerikeri) has a magical tranquil setting with wide glass doors opening out onto a beautiful private garden. The Chalet (the main accommodation) has one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and laundry, but there is also a separate bedroom (with its own toilet) which opens off the chalet carpark for those wanting more space. Smart TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi. Close to the TeAroha Trail. Adventure, rest, relax, or come for a romantic getaway, you choose.

The Little Sanctuary

The Little Sanctuary is a perfect place to start your journey around Northland. Located in historic Waimate North, 5 minutes from Te Waimate Mission. Kerikeri or Paihia is 20 minutes by car or 15 minutes to Ngawha Hot Springs. The cabin is a self-contained unit (3x6 metres) with heating/air conditioning, surrounded by cottage gardens filled with flowers creating a peaceful and relaxing environment for you to unwind. Cereal, bread, milk, tea and coffee are provided for you to make breakfast.

Studio 10 - Treetops & Sea Views, Walk Into Paihia

Studio 10 is a light and sun filled apartment surrounded by native bush with views down to Paihia and the bay. Enjoy the birdsong & relax in your own tranquil tropical space. Beaches and Paihia town with boutiques, cafes, bars and supermarkets are a short walk downhill. Walk to the wharf and catch a ferry to historic Russell. The cottage is private, with own entrance. Set on 3 acres of pasture, overlooking native bush with a river, waterfall and swimming hole. Feed our Wiltshire sheep. BBQ, portacot highchair available. Air conditioning. Situated 10 minutes from Kerikeri township and 5 minutes to shopping centre in Waipapa. Vineyard Glamping Russell - The Syrah Shack

Hidden inside native bush is our glamping hut named 'the syrah shack', which is nestled behind our syrah vines. The location is 10 minutes out of Russell township, in the Bay of Islands. You will have a vineyard, cellar door and eatery 1km from the hut. Escape your worries and get off the grid in our eco retreat. Enjoy the luxury of a super king bed and the serenity of an outdoor camping style kitchen, hot shower, composting toilet and the best bit is an outdoor bath for two!!

The Back Paddock

Our beautiful self contained farmstay cottage has just been renovated giving extra space and a more private bedroom. The cottage is close to the house but very private, set on 43 acres with lovely rural views. We are just 8 kms from the quaint historical township of Kerikeri, and only 1 km from the Kerikeri airport. We are very central to all tourist attractions. It is an ideal destination, for peace and quiet after a busy day sightseeing, exploring or simply visiting the area.

The Cowshed Cottage
