Just 5 minutes to Rangiora township, 8mins to Kaiapoi river town, and 10 minutes to Pegasus, Woodend and Waikuku beaches. Our area hosts over 28 wonderful cafe's for coffee lovers.

Come and enjoy a brand new 63m2 studio, with underfloor heating throughout. Full kitchen facilities, lounge with TV, Two Queen size beds which are in an open plan setting. Private deck with outdoor seating and rural views. We never tire of the 180 degree views of the Port Hills and beyond. Peaceful rural setting: 5km from Rangiora township, and 25 minutes from Christchurch city. Walking and biking tracks close by (Ashley Rakahuri Regional Park). 10 minutes drive to Waikuku Beach.

The Guest House

The Guest House is set in beautiful park like grounds, so you'd be forgiven for thinking you are miles away from civilisation, but it's only 5 minutes to Rangiora. It's a gardeners delight, and we encourage you to explore the grounds. You have full use of the house, including kitchen, seperate dining and a large lounge which boasts a fabulous log fire and 1970's architecture. You are welcome to bring your pet but please keep them off the beds and furniture, to respect future guests.

The Shed

Escape to the country, and unwind. Set in a peaceful rural area, only 10 minutes from Rangiora. The Shed is is bright, comfortable and private with a deck overlooking the paddock and extensive views of the mountains. We have had many very happy guests that have stayed to enjoy it. As we are on a rural property we do not allow any dogs/pets on the premises and the maximum guests are limited to 2. Please Note: There is no Wifi available, and you will need to use your own data.

Ashley Downs 2-bedroom apartment

Escape to our warm, modern apartment nestled in a peaceful country setting, just 10 minutes from the charming boutique town of Rangiora. Enjoy the comfort of open-plan living, a well-equipped kitchenette, and two bedrooms. There is also a king-single sofa-bed in the lounge. Sip your morning coffee on the sunny patio with stunning views of the downs stretching to the ocean. With a private entrance, and plenty of parking, it's the perfect retreat for relaxation and exploration.

Pounamu Paradise, Pegasus Bay

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to the beach and lake, you can come and spend a day at the beach, go bike riding or simply just chill and watch Netflix. What ever you feel like doing this peaceful haven will recharge your batteries in no time. If you need an airport pick up or hire car please let me know. 1.2km to the beach, 8km drive to Rangiora, 10km to Kaiapoi and 25km to central city Christchurch.

Little Walnut

Nestled between the walnut trees is a modern, private space in the country but so close to the city. 15 minutes to/from Christchurch Airport. This is lifestyle block that runs as a little farm. Take a walk and enjoy the countryside. An easy drive to the supermarkets and every takeaway that you can think of! Relax on the covered deck, and absorb the space. Not suitable for infants/children.
