The Guesthouse in our front yard is down a 'right of way' (perfect for stargazing) & is 30 m's from our house. Native trees, brings you privacy & an enclosure of a tropical garden makes you feel like you're in the tropics.

Every little detail has been thought of - luxury bed linens and complimentary robes, TVs in both lounge and bedroom, two person bath and full kitchen. Nestled into a private corner of reserve a short walk to both Waihi Beach and Anzac Bay, the Barn is surrounded by trees and has its own private entrance and courtyard with lounging chairs, outdoor shower & BBQ.

The Garden Retreat Waitawheta

This couples Retreat is ideal for that relaxing , rejuvenating break. This calm stylish space will let you do that. Set in beautiful gardens with views to nearby hills,excellent hikes and river walks nearby.What else could you need for that getaway. A well fitted out cabin with all modern facilities available. Kitchen with cooking facilities and all you require. Queen size bed and inside bathroom with towels,shampoo and body wash supplied. Outside sitting area with barbecue for you to use.

Seaforth Lodge - Marlin Room

Seaforth Lodge provides great accommodation a minutes walk from the beach. Lie in bed, see and hear the waves or grab your board and head out for an early morning dip in the ocean. Own entrance, ensuite, fast Wifi, plenty of off street parking. Linen, towels, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, microwave and crockery provided. 2 rooms with adjoining doors, great for a friends getaway. Not suitable for small children. The Dome Waikino: privacy in nature

A 2-person cosy, insulated cabin with the option for a king bed or singles arrangement . An ideal place to unwind and take a break from the stress of city life. It's secluded, quiet, private, surrounded by bush and mountains, with private parking and a river just down the road. Beautiful sunsets and star-filled nights, close to the Karangahake Gorge and the nearby towns of Waihi, Paeroa, and Waihi Beach. BBQ available, fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery, linen and towels provided.

The North End Studio

The North End Studio is a purpose built studio unit, with a separate entrance along a private boardwalk. Well thought out and with some homely touches it has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The kitchenette is equipped with a 2 burner induction cooktop, microwave, grill press and BBQ, perfect for self catering. The studio has extensive wrap around decking for al fresco dining, surrounded by beautiful native gardens, perfect for that relaxing afternoon drink.

The Blue Bach

The Bach is light, modern, comfortable, within walking distance of beach and village. Sit on the deck and watch the sun go down over the hills, stroll a few hundred metres to the golden sand beach, or across the common to the village for coffee and shopping. There is unlimited fibre internet, ducted air conditioning and heating, and linen and bath-towels are provided. Please bring your own beach-towels. Maximum occupancy is 4 guest. No smoking, camping, or events.

Location, location, location! A hop, skip and jump to Waihi Beach's famous 'Flat White Cafe' and stunning 10km ocean beach. Not so glam on the outside (but we are working on that) but inside it's a little winner - almost brand new with all the comforts in a home away from home. Short walk to the shops, hotel and RSA....but so close to the beach! BBQ available plus all other amenities to make for a relaxing stay!

'The Fat Fish' is a perfect space for couples to chill, relax and enjoy the charm, beauty and laid back style that is Waihi Beach. It is an entire self contained Studio, with its own entrance, private courtyard and off street parking. Centrally located, it is a short 5 minute walk to the Beach, Restaurants, Bars, and the quaint and quirky Waihi Beach Village.

We have created a newly built modern dwelling that is centrally located to the village and our lovely Beach and several great walking tracks. Orokawa and the Trig walk are within close vicinity as are several local cafes and restaurants. This gem is a perfect getaway for a couple’s retreat.
