Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.

È composto da ingresso, salotto, due camere da letto, sala da pranzo, cucina, due bagni e da un terrazzo attrezzato (70 mt) al livello della cucina, da cui si gode della vista del campanile e del quartiere antico.
