The town boat launch is only 2 min away and mountain bike / downhill trails only 5 min. Two local golf courses in the area. Marble River and Alice Lake are on your way in to Port Alice and we highly recommend visiting them. Side Bay is accessible through Port Alice. Oceanside Escapes is a year-round destination, perfect for a romantic weekend away or an annual trip with family and friends. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is pet friendly (additional fee) and is available for bookings for five nights or more during the summer season (2026 onwards) and two nights or more during the balance of the year. The cabin is situated on two floors, with a loft style third bedroom and bathroom on the upstairs level.

This cozy home gives you the best of both worlds, surrounded by mature forest with an ocean view. Take in the view from the private patio off the master bedroom or the patio, off the living room. Watch the birds from the patios by day. On a clear night, you'll experience a quiet star filled sky and perhaps spot a bat or two. Away from traffic noise, this is a quiet getaway. My place is pet friendly, limited to one pet.
