We are a 5 minute drive from West Shawnigan Lake Park (lake access) and an 8 minute drive from Masons Beach / Shawnigan village, and a 50 minute drive from Victoria.

This unique old south facing waterfront multilevel house has the best view and the best waterfront access on the most prestigious street in Nanaimo. Lots of parking. The AirBnB space is available for 4 adults plus children. Everything you need including kayaks and bicycles! Sometimes you can get free boat rides with the owner. Located in Jordan River you hit the sweet spot with this newly built cabin specially designed for the location to maximize outdoor space, expansive ocean views and privacy. Some things you’ll love about this little gem are the large cedar sun deck, wood burning stove and stargazing (or ocean gazing!) from the cedar hot tub for two. After a day of adventuring you can also curl up and enjoy a movie in the TV zone upstairs.
