Relax and enjoy this unique and tranquil Tropical Island experience. Our Cabins are completely furnished with Hot water in shower, bath lavatory, and kitchen sink. Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle, and more. In the living room there’s a very comfortable sectional sofa with coffee table, wifi and smart TV with cable channels. Enjoy the outdoor Palapa and BBQ pit for those special events. At the back of the cabin there’s an outdoor hot water shower.

Goose Rock, at The Lighthouse

Located on the upper level bay view center room of The Lighthouse, Goose Rock provides its guest immediate relaxation. Minimalistic decor, pastel colors, and highly varnished floors are complemented by the refreshing vista of Utilla’s Eastern Harbour. This center space is where you come to hear yourself think, enjoy a quiet conversation, and have a good night’s rest. Coco Cabaña#1

Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

Two bedrooms and one bath.

2 bedroom house with one bath, kitchen, living area and an open porch with a beautiful view of the patio and pool. Weekly cleaning service provided at no additional cost. Electricity and personal items are NOT included. 1 pet maximum with a one time fee of $80. Can be paid at check in (Pet must be friendly since other guests and pets share the same property) Check-out time is at 11:00a.m, any guest remaining after check-out time will be charged for an additional day( $180).

Welcome to Utila Seabreeze Apartments! This is Apartment #4 with a gorgeous partial water view of the Utila upper lagoon and Pumpkin Hill in the distance. Come enjoy breathtaking sunrises and stargaze in the evenings on our new terrace! This fully furnished one bedroom apartment is complete with full size bed, living room, wifi, air condition, fan and full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave. 100 steps to the Caribbean and walk to everything.

The Beach Casita is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a rustic, self-contained oceanfront retreat with views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained oceanfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks and Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

Bluebird's Nest - 5 minute walk to center of town

Conveniently located near 3 grocery stores. 7 min walk from ferry dock and 20 min walk from public beach. The house sits on a shady private yard with many trees including mango, nance/craboo, guinep, banana, and a breadfruit tree. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Electricity is paid separately for stays 1 month or longer. Parties are not allowed in the house or on the premises nor are any guests not listed on the booking.

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.

The Little Grass Shack

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.
