Das Hotel liegt in Villas Mackay, Wohn in geschlossenen Kreislauf mit privater Sicherheit und mit allen Dienstleistungen direkt außerhalb der Kolonie wie Restaurants, Bars, kommerzielle Plätze, Mall Altara, Altia Business Park, Banken, Apotheken, etc. Innerhalb der Kolonie vor der Wohnung gibt es einen sehr bewaldeten Park und Sportplätze. Separater Eingang, du findest die Schlüssel in einer Box mit Code im Zugangstor.
