With the cove being so quiet it is great for swimming, using the peddle boat or the two kayaks provided with the home. Our lakefront property is conveniently located inside of the no wake zone in Deerfield Marina and our brand new dock is the perfect place to take a dip. We have a kayak, paddle board, and floating mat for your enjoyment, as well as a 2022 Harris Tritoon available for rent. Additionally, Deerfield Resorts has a golf coarse, pool, playground, volleyball and tennis court, and restaurant located in the marina.

Water taxi available through the marina for an additional fee paid directly to the marina. This place is very popular with kayakers! The surrounding water is inside of a no wake zone. This place is literally floating on the water! No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.
