Diese neu renovierte Scheune hat ein gemütliches, eklektisches Ambiente mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten, um deinen Aufenthalt komfortabel und unvergesslich zu machen. Die Scheune befindet sich auf einem 14 Hektar großen Pferdehof. Wir befinden uns auch in der Nähe von Knoxville und Einkaufs-/Essbereichen in einem Umkreis von 20 Meilen. **Bitte beachte die Regeln für Kinder**

Beach Island Marina liegt eine 6-minütige Fahrt vom Haus entfernt und bietet Bootsverleihe, eine Bootsrampe und ein saisonales Restaurant, oft mit Live-Musik. Einfache Anbindung mit dem Maynardville Highway (TN SR 33) – keine kurvenreichen, gewundenen Straßen. 30 Minuten nördlich von Knoxville.

Die Rocky Meadows Farm ist eine schöne, ländliche Landschaft in Blaine, Tennessee. Wir sind günstig gelegen am Highway 11 und bieten einfachen Zugang zu: die Innenstadt von Knoxville (25 Minuten) Sevierville (45 Minuten) Cherokee Dam (30 Minuten) Big Ridge State Park (35 Minuten) Das Loft ist eine alte Viehstall, die wir renoviert haben, um eine erstaunliche rustikale Unterkunft zu schaffen. Sie bietet eine geräumige Veranda, eine kleine Küchenzeile und ein komplettes Badezimmer mit heißer Dusche!

Es gibt auch Wanderwege auf dem Grundstück. Die Lage dieses Tiny House ist ausgezeichnet, 9 Autominuten vom Norris Lake entfernt oder auf die Interstate und in 45 Minuten in Sevierville.
