Uscendo all'esterno, subito affiancata alla camera da letto, vi è la cucina con angolo cottura, anch'essa ricavata dell'antica cucina della liama. Vi è un secondo bagno con doccia.

È composto da ingresso, salotto, due camere da letto, sala da pranzo, cucina, due bagni e da un terrazzo attrezzato (70 mt) al livello della cucina, da cui si gode della vista del campanile e del quartiere antico.
