For it's first 30 years it was the 2nd story of one of the areas original farmsteads before being split from the ground level and relocated 100m north to where it sits today. 'Albert' the Bedford Truck spent his early days working on a potatoe farm in Timaru, middle life in Bainham on Earnest Pomeroy's dairy farm as a hay truck and moved to Weka workshop in Kaituna in 2002 and most recently Onekaka.

The Chooks nook has had a make over, now modernised and ready to host again a home away from home. Tucked up in a quiet native garden surrounded by bird song and fruit trees for you to enjoy when in season, and of course our four cheeky chooks. Our seperate, private cottage sits on our 2,250sqm property, with the great taste trail right on our doorstep and the gateway to the Abel Tasman 15 minutes drive away.
