A 14h00: Vous aurez le privilège de déguster l'un des plats locaux comme le délicieux Tajine au poulet ou un couscous selon les disponibilités tout en ayant la vue sur les bassins naturelles et on accompagnera notre repas avec un jus d'oranges ou le célèbre thé à la menthe et ses pâtisseries berbères. 16h30: Retour par un autre chemin que seulement les villageois connaissent pour voir un maximum d'endroits inédits de cette vallée. Après nous être retrouvé à l'Ecolodge La palmeraie, nous rejoindrons ma maison à 5 minutes à pied ou en voiture comme vous préférez. L'occasion de traverser mon village d'origine. Puis je vous accueillerais dans ma maison ou nous commencerons ensemble le cours de cuisine dans la bonne humeur. Je vous propose de découvrir et apprendre à cuisiner un tajine poulet ou viande ou couscous, accompagné de leurs légumes. Vous découvrirez des produits frais, locaux et de saison, se qui permet d'avoir les meilleurs saveurs. Choisir et nettoyer les différents ingrédients, légumes, viandes, épices, aromates... Éplucher, couper et commencer la cuisson du tajine. Pendant que le tajine mijote, nous préparerons le dessert, des crêpes milles trous "Baghrir", crêpes marocaines traditionnelles. Nous accompagnerons se repas d'une salade marocaine, et pour finir la préparation je vous ferait découvrir l'art du thé marocain en vous faisant participer à sa préparation. Nous partagerons ensemble le repas pour déguster vos préparations. Puis je vous raccompagnerais au point de rendez vous si besoins. Le cours de surf comprend: transport c'est à dire nous déplacer au lieu de rendez-vous (hôtel, Airbnb ou chez vous) allez ensemble au spot de surf. Prendre des cours de surf pendant deux heures, je vais vous apprendre comment monter sur une planche en moins de heures. Grâce à mon expérience et mes préparations pour les compétitions de surf, je vais pouvoir vous transmettre tout mon savoir faire et toujours dans la bonne ambiance, vous aurez des planches adaptées, wetsuit à votre taille et même possibilités d'aller manger ensemble au vieux marché de la ville pour 10 euros de plus, pour découvrir la gastronomie marocaine, l'une des cuisines les plus apprécier dans le monde. Here you will leave your vehicle to take a welcome glass of mint tea in the village and chat with you prior to setting out for some 15kms excursion. towards the south to the Berber village of Azzaden valley via Tizi Mazik Mountain pass 2489m, passing the hamlets of Arghen, Mazik, up and down the stark slopes, the jagged Western High Atlas peaks of the Toubkal Massif before us - Jbels Aguelzim (3,547m), Aksouâl (3,847m) and the Adrar Adj (3,122m) watching us all the way.There will be a stop at Tizi oussem village to visit this rather singular village in the Assif Aït ouazzaden Valley, built seemingly house upon house on a large moraine spur, overlooking ancient irrigated terraced fields of barley, corn and vegetables and always surrounded by almond and walnut trees. The trek then continues for another half hour until the stop for the lunch it can be an option which my be served among a berber familly in the village of Idissa. After lunch you set off back .

We will start off the day on the search for the best waves, using my local knowledge we will drive to check the beaches for the best surf spot for your level. On finding the perfect spot, we will pitch umbrellas to mark our base, and then we will start our surf warm up and theory on the beach. After this we will be in the water putting the theory into practice - our morning sessions last 2 hours. For lunch we take this picnic style on the beach including my favourite seasonal fruits for snacks.

We start with the basics and go from there. Everybody starts somewhere. We always start by warming up our bodies, stretching, and preparing ourselves for the water with some exercises at the beach and some theories about waves, winds, and the ocean. After the warm-up, we take our boards and hop in the ocean. In the water, I will always be around, make sure you stay safe, and actively help you improve your technique. We will make sure you learn to stand up as quickly as possible and then slowly work your way towards understanding waves and eventually ride green waves all by yourself. A mouth-watering Moroccan lunch that we will enjoy on the beach is also included in your surf lesson. Trust me, you will be hungry as a wolf. In the afternoons we normally stay at the beach to relax and enjoy our free time. You also have the opportunity to take the board back in and practice more on your surfing.
