There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.

The owner’s artworks are quietly displayed in harmony with the space and nature. Canoeing and rafting are nearby. A store is 5 min by car, Montbell Park 10 min, and Kochi or Iya Valley about 60 min — a great base for exploring Shikoku.

Ricefields, Rivers and Mountains

This house is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern making it convenient but also authentically Japanese. Mountains and ricefields are beside you, the Shimanto River can be heard. The ground floor is all yours. It's spacious with a large tatami sleeping room that can become two. The A/C is only in one room if the doors are closed. There is no central heating. Restaurants are within 10min or you can prepare local foods in your own equipped kitchen. It’s designed for long and short stays.

Private waterfront vacation home for Family,sakura

Due to the recent rise in prices , we will unavoidably raise the price from 2023. For pilgrims and long-term stays, we plan to start another one, if you need more cheaper price, please contact me. House is just a short walk to the regular ferry terminal to Okinoshima, and15-minute drive to Enkoji,NO39 Shikoku88. This house is old but nice spacious two-story . you can use whole facility for private . The ceiling of first floor is a bit low and the bath is small. but has a good ocean view.

Beautiful Traditional House - はなれ

Embrace the “slow life.” The space is a renovated private bungalow next to our main house. Surrounded by trees and quiet, it's an oasis to unwind, unplug, have lazy breakfasts and nap in the hammock. For more active travelers, it's a good base to explore the area. We are 9 km from Shimanto City restaurants and shopping and an easy drive to activities on Shimanto River or the beach. We do require a 2-night minimum but highly encourage you to slow down and stay longer.

一家族または一グループのみの貸し切りです。我が家の自慢はベッドルームはクイーンズベッドです。２階ロフトには4人分の布団を準備しています。すべて羽根毛布団です。。カップル、ひとり旅、子ども連れファミリー、団体、ペット同伴にぴったりです。ジェットバスと露天風呂があります。Ｗｉ－Ｆｉは光通信です。 Bed room is queens bed and Loft has 4 futons of down. Couple or single or family with pet are available. There is system kitchen, log stove, TV, Fi-fi stereo set, washing m/c and air conditioner.　Wi-Fi is available. In front of house there is 2000m2 wide English garden with beautiful flowers and lawn.

The observatory where the view of Kuma is seen. There is naturalness at 10 minutes at the abundant place by car from the center of Kuma.(It's possible to welcome and send off.) Barbecue is possible outside while seeing the night view and a starry sky in the evening. (Meal and the ingredients will be customer's bringing in.) It's possible to use a kitchen. It's possible to look a wonderful sea of cloud to be lucky in the morning.
