While we feel the Chickadee offers plenty of privacy from the inside you should make note that it is located in the middle of a neighborhood setting and the landscaping is still being worked on though won't be disruptive to your stay. Just under a mile from downtown Gorham 20 minutes to Portland Ski, swim, shop, eat, leaf peep, hike, the activities nearby are endless

The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster & dining area. Smart TV, WIFI. AC & Central heating. A private full bath with tub/shower combo included at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the privacy of your own seaside cottage close to the beach! BBQ grills and picnic tables with umbrellas dot the outdoor area.

A short, easy walk to the Pier, Palace Playland and all the hubbub, yet just far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet on beautiful, seaside Camp Comfort Ave. Head in the other direction for a short walk to Ocean Park. NOTE - Minimum age to rent is 25. Maximum number of guests is 4. Stairs are steep.

Kick back and relax around the fire while being "away from it all" yet still close by to great restaurants, beaches and more! This cabin is "off grid" and does not have running water or electricity. The space offers solar power that will power all lights, fans as well as charge devices. There is a battery operated pump that gives you potable water out of the sink. A porta potty is on property.
