Wir freuen uns, unser koloniales Haus an der Küste auf acht Hektar entlang des Kennebunk River mit dir zu teilen. Genieße unser malerisches, warmes Zuhause nur 5 Minuten vom Strand und 3 Minuten vom Cape Arundel Golf Club entfernt. Unser Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2,5 Badezimmern eignet sich für Kurz- oder Langzeitaufenthalte. Die Lage ist ideal: 6 Minuten von Kennebunkport, 15 Minuten von Biddeford und 30 Minuten von Portland oder Portsmouth entfernt! Wir hoffen, dass du dich wie zu Hause fühlst, mit den morgendlichen Vögeln und der Ruhe des Flusses direkt hinter dem Grundstück.

Willkommen im Beach House on the Rocks, deinem ganz eigenen Refugium am Meer! Dieses schöne, 1350 Quadratfuß große Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Mit Panoramablick und dem Meer nur wenige Schritte entfernt, wirst du dieses einzigartige Erlebnis nicht vergessen. Versteckt im versteckten Juwel von Camp Ellis genießt du im Sommer eine lebendige Strandszene und in der Nebensaison einen ruhigen Rückzugsort. Nur eine kurze Fahrt zum Old Orchard Beach und 30 Minuten nach Portland entfernt, wirst du nie auf lustige Aktivitäten verzichten müssen.

Wir bemühen uns, eine durchdachte Balance zwischen modernen Annehmlichkeiten und einer natürlichen Umgebung zu bieten. Dieser Raum ist perfekt für zwei Gäste, mit maximal vier, die sich wohl fühlen, winzige Unterkünfte zu teilen. Wir sind gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr haustierfreundlich – maximal ein Hund pro Buchung.

A classic 1939 Maine camp sitting directly on Casco Bay with a private dock, sweeping water views, and a saltwater hot tub, all on a quiet private road. Properties like this don't come around often, and once you're here, you'll understand why. The dock puts you right on the water, with one slip available for guests. Wolf's Neck State Park and Wolf's Neck Farm are a short walk away, and Downtown Freeport.
