It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 - 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. No dogs under 1 year. Additional pet & cleaning fees longer stays.

The wrap around deck will give you a 360 degree view of the all the different trees and the many deer that cross the property daily. While in Riverbend you will have access to a private beach where you can swim, canoe, fish or have a picnic.
