There is some noise travel in the kitchen area as it is adjoined to our home.

It is a downstairs, self-contained, with its own private entrance Our location is around 18 to 20 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua. We don't cater for 2-10yr olds
