The Coop

I'm just a small farm girl who grew up within a farming area in southeastern New Mexico. As I was a child, I was intrigued with baby chicks. My grandfather built a coop, and they became full grown Chickens and Roosters. My love for Chickens and Roosters enhanced with their colors and character. They were my friends. Soon after, I began to sell eggs to nearby neighbors to have spending money for school. My love for chickens and roosters is beyond measure. So I've named my house "The Coop"

Home is directly across from Cielo Grande Park Loop walking trail, and near two public golf courses, a new aquatic center, large public parks, and an open space nature area. Everything in the home has been updated within the last five years, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Parking for oversized vehicles is available on site. Well behaved pets welcome.

The Farmhouse

4 BD 2 BA historical farmhouse This farmhouse is a true historical building built at the turn of the century. A standing example of American pioneering and entrepreneurial spirit . Mr. Summersgill a local farmer was quite the carpenter building this home and starting one of the first dairies here in Roswell. No animals allowed. There are motion activated security cameras on the exterior of the house showing the front yard and parking lot.

The Bunk House

A sweet slice of the Country in an Adobe guesthouse. Recently updated, a comfortable place to rest and regenerate. Quiet, peaceful, a private adobe studio.
