Wir sind nur wenige Schritte vom beliebtesten Strand in NYC in bester Lage entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich gegenüber den Konzessionen der 97th St Boardwalk und bietet eine köstliche Auswahl an Speisen, Livemusik und Tanz. Weitere Speise-/Baroptionen, ein Surfbrettverleih, der A-Zug und die Fähre sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Bei wärmerem Wetter lädt der Balkon zum Essen und Trinken ein. Ich wohne auch in der Wohnung und werde während deines Aufenthaltes hier sein, aber ich arbeite lange, sodass du nicht einmal bemerken wirst, dass ich da bin.
