We are steps away from the most popular beach in NYC in the best location possible. The apartment sits across from the 97th St boardwalk concessions, offering a delicious variety of food, live music, and dancing. More food/bar options, surfboard rental, the A train, and the Ferry are only a short walk away. In the warmer weather, the balcony is perfect for dinner and drinks. I live in the apartment as well and will be here during your stay but work long hours so you won't even notice I am there.

Every detail is cared for with love. This cool rooftop bedroom listing is located on the top floor of my home. It is very spacious and comfortable; there are two balconies located on the opposite end of the room. This is a unique and alternative to expensive Manhattan accommodation. Enjoy!
