River Retreat

This is a 1,000 square foot apartment in an architecturally designed home. Walking upstairs to the apartment, guests will be in awe of the panoramic views of the St Lawrence River through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need for cooking and entertaining. The apartment has in-floor heating and AC throughout. Guests will enjoy a private waterfront backyard with a BBQ, fire pit and dock. Boat docking is sometimes possible to accommodate upon request.

Newly renovated basement suite (2024) with many little extras to discover. Hot tub in private cedar gazebo with 180 view of a bush and large back and side yards or if you prefer more privacy curtains can be drawn all around. Gazebo is heated by a propane fireplace. Peaceful neighbourhood in Clarence Point, nice trails and area to go for walks. When time permits, we also offer a complimentary 20 min guided tour of the area aboard a 6 seater ATV. Bring warm clothing!

Tiny House in the heart of the village

Tiny house attached to our home in the heart in Sutton. After traveling extensively and using AirBnB we put a lot of thought into creating the exact type of space we would want to rent. Calm, relaxing, with little distraction for your vacation and most importantly a very comfortable bed. Walking distance to all Sutton has to offer and only a five minute drive to the Mont Sutton puts everything at your finger tips for your weekend away from the city. CITQ #: 305207

The Bayview "Sweet"

This "Sweet" waterfront property is a scenic 1 hr drive from Montreal or Ottawa. A cottage like setting without the travel. Enjoy this country style location with shopping nearby for convenient relaxation. Listen to the waves by the waters edge, sit by a crackling bonfire or dine outside on the BBQ. Take a Kayak ride down the river or bike to a nearby park with its very own beach. If there is anything extra you may need, we'll be happy to help.
