Cosy Cottage Kakaramea

This peaceful hideaway/small farm stay 🐓🐑🐄 is set back off the road (350 meter drive) in rural Waikato, located on the outskirts of Hamilton where pets are welcome. AC and Starlink We are within a 50min drive of Hobbiton, Glow worm caves, Kiwi House, Bush walks and Raglan and more. The LDS Temple is an 8 min Drive. WIFI, Netflix, Disney plus and air conditioning are available. We also provide basics for breakfast. The additional Queen size couch/bed is only available to groups of 3 or4.

Newstead Nature Retreat

This is a quintessential kiwi cottage nestled amongst native New Zealand bush. Ruru cottage is perfect for a unique & relaxing weekend getaway or a week-long trip, and is pet friendly. The cottage is a cosy, peaceful rural stay with everything you need plus native birdsong morning and night. In addition to the stunning outdoor bath and large timber deck, the space has artsy, quirky furnishings that make for a very special stay. The open plan lounge has an additional queen fold out sofa bed.

Tree lined garden cottage - no cleaning fees

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

The Games Room -Studio

Inside the studio you will find a convenient kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven/hobs, toaster and jug. Native timber multi level cottage nestled amongst established gardens in quiet country settings yet still handy to many popular locations. Entire 3-Bedroom House +Kitchen+Secure Parking

The entire house is for your use. The Sliding gate, fenced yard, and Security cameras ensure both safety and privacy This house was built in the 1970s and refurbished last year. It's not modern in style. It's not on a Cul-de-sac, and sometimes can hear traffic noise. The entrance has 3 steps. We spend 3 hours cleaning every time to ensure that the bed linens are freshly changed and the dining utensils are thoroughly cleaned. Convenient traffic, located in the middle section of Hamilton

Gardeners' Cottage (Breakfast included)

Gordonton self contained cottage

Welcome to our peaceful cottage in the heart of the Gordonton Village. Fully self contained tiny house at 25 square meters. All open plan, with a comfortable queen sized bed and a pull out couch, size king single. Best suited to two adults but can work with two small children also. Surrounded by spacious gardens, where you can unwind. There is a covered outdoor deck, where you can enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee. Next door is the Bakehouse or Matte Black cafe for breakfast.

Hillside Cottage

Nestled between grassland and trees, this guest house is the perfect place to soak up New Zealand’s beautiful nature. Relax watching the birds and scenic hills or get hands on with the family pets. Relax in the hot tub after a day of sightseeing whilst listening to the birds sing. We have 2 kune kune pigs (Cookie & Freckles) and a dwarf cow called Penny who are all extremely friendly and love a good cuddle and scratch.
