Tiene todo lo que necesite a su alcance y está a menos de 1 minuto del supermercado y la estación de autobuses.

Casa Azul - Willkommen im Hühnerhaus

Früher stand hier mal der Hühnerstall. Davon ist aber so gut wie nichts mehr zu sehen. Durch die Felswände entsteht ein angenehmes Mikroklima und die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und bieten zudem einen Blick auf den Hang. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

The apartment is located in the La Venecia area and has two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room and kitchen is open plan with a balcony overlooking the street and square. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has a king size double bed which can be made into two single beds if requested. There is a second small balcony in the bedroom overlooking a garden. There is also a 40 sqm private roof terrace with sun beds, shower, outdoor kitchen and a large table with chairs.

It is a perfect place to disconnect, to cycle and hike in the wonderful nature of Gran Canaria or to work remotely in a peaceful setting. You can enjoy the sunny weather of South Gran Canaria all year long in the outdoor living area. The pool is heated and can also be enjoyed during the winter months, and it is protected by barriers for your kids’ safety and for your peace of mind.

Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)

This is our flat with amazing views and a very spacious terrace, where you can enjoy meals, sunbathing, relaxing, socialising with seats for all of these activities. Our flat is family friendly, with a bedroom spacious bedroom that fits also a baby cot ( provided by us). Newly refurbished, the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction hob, microwaves, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle. The bathroom has a large shower, sink and toilet.
