The interior is practically unchanged since the mid-sixteenth century and has been lovingly restored using traditional methods and materials. It oozes history and character (wood burning stoves for the winter and an outside loo in the yard) but is equipped with many modern facilities too. The town is a delight and the location superb for walking, cycling, watersports, etc

At the back of the property there is access for bike storage.

The house has been extensively renovated in a style which suits the age of the property, stylish yet comfy. It is in a quiet location off the main street in the town and has a very large walled garden which our guests are welcome to share. Guest accommodation is in a wing of the house which is completely self contained.
