The house features a stunning view on the sea, the two ports, the mountain and the Spanish Fortess. On the ground floor: living room with tv and air conditioner, well-equipped kitchen with a small terrace, main bedroom with air conditioner and bathroom, second room with double bed and bathroom. By the vintage stairs you can reach the mezzanine with a small bathroom and two comfortable queen bed. In the big terrace you can enjoy your meals. Access at the pool (from 15 june) and parking space.

Podere Carpineta ist ein über 100-jähriges Bauernhaus, etwas ausserhalb von Stribugliano auf 650 müM gelegen, mitten in einem unberührten Naturparadies. Das Haus ist umgeben von 36 Hektaren Land mit spektakulärer Aussicht bis zum Meer, an klaren Tagen bis nach Korsika. Carpineta ist nicht weit entfernt von den schönsten Dörfern und Sehenswürdigkeiten der südlichen Toskana. Das Natursteinhaus wurde kürzlich komplett neu ausgebaut, eingerichtet und mit der neusten Wohntechnik ausgestattet.

Quattro camere con letti matrimoniali, tutte con grandi vetrate, balcone e vista mare. Ampio soggiorno e sala da pranzo con vista sul giardino e la baia. Cucina spaziosa completamente attrezzata. Tocchi contemporanei di design si alternano a pezzi di modernariato. Il giardino è un osservatorio privilegiato della vivacità della baia con varie zone relax.

Scuba diving, walks and excellent food. The house can host 6 people, but we prefer 4. In any case if you are more than 4 please tell us : you will pay 10 euros for each extra person and we'll give towel and bed linen for them.
